The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at Pahalwan Gurudeen Vidhi Mahavidyalay is established under the
Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013
to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all staff and students. The Committee addresses complaints related to harassment, discrimination, and workplace misconduct, ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and compliance with the law.

How to Report a Complaint

Any student, staff, or faculty member who experiences or witnesses harassment, discrimination, or misconduct may lodge a written complaint
with the ICC within three months of the incident. Complaints can be submitted in-person at the Principal’s Office or via email to the Committee.
